You have to have a lot of passion for what you’re doing because it’s going to be really hard. Plus you’ll have to persevere and do it over a sustain period of time. Most people fail because they don’t love what they do. Passion is everything.
Winning in sales has first of all something to do with YOU, the person who sells. If you’re doing this job just to gain money, than you’re in the wrong place. Sales means providing value, helping the customer and answering questions. The WHY is critical. By asking questions you will not only lead the process but you will also be fully aware of the customer needs.
